Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup room temperature butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 room temperature eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking power.
- Cream 1 cup room temperature butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup light brown sugar.
- Add 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla extract to butter.
- Add dry ingredients to wet.
- Add 3 cups chocolate chips.
- Roll 2 – 3 tbsp cookies into sheet.
- Bake for 10 – 12 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing.
