
Cinnamon Roll French Toast
Ingredients
- 6 1' Thick Sourdough Bread
- 5 eggs
- 4 slices bacon + grease
- 2/3 csup whole milk
- 3 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat skillet to medium-high heat.
- Preheat oven to 250.
- Beat 3 oz room temperature cream cheese and a bit of the heavy whipping cream until smooth.
- Mix in remaining heavy whipping cream.
- Mix in 5 eggs, bacon grease, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Add butter to skillet.
- Soak bread for 1 minute.
- Cook each side for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to oven to keep warm.
