Cinnamon Roll French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 1' Thick Sourdough Bread
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon + grease
  • 2/3 csup whole milk
  • 3 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Heat skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Preheat oven to 250.
  • Beat 3 oz room temperature cream cheese and a bit of the heavy whipping cream until smooth.
  • Mix in remaining heavy whipping cream.
  • Mix in 5 eggs, bacon grease, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • Add butter to skillet.
  • Soak bread for 1 minute.
  • Cook each side for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer to oven to keep warm.
