Ingredients: 1 Cucumber; 3 tsp soy sauce; 2 tsp rice vinegar (or apple vinegar); 1 1/2 tsp MSG; 1 tsp fish sauce; 1 tsp yuzu (optional); 1 tsp sesame seeds; 1/2 tsp sesame oil
