  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar or apple vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp MSG
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp yuzu optional
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
