Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas or 350 g frozen banana
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 room temperature egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Mash 3 ripe bananas.
- Add 1 cup sourdough starter, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 room temperature egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Whisk together 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet.
- Bake for 19 minutes.
Notes
Try adding 1 tsp cinnamon next time.
