Banana Muffins
Ingredients

ripe bananas
or 350 g frozen banana

sourdough starter

baking soda

vanilla extract

baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325.
Mash 3 ripe bananas.
Add 1 cup sourdough starter, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 room temperature egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Whisk together 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Fold dry ingredients into wet.
Bake for 19 minutes.
Notes
Try adding 1 tsp cinnamon next time.
