Chinese Beef
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- green onions
- seaseme seeds
Instructions
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Sear 1 1/2 lbs ground beef.
- Add 5 cloves minced garlic and 1 tbsp ginger.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add 3 tbsp honey and 1 tsp hot sauce.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 cup beef broth and 1/2 cup soy sauce.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Optional; serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
