Julienne 1 jicama.
Toss with lime juice to prevent browning or soak in cold water.
Julienne 1 granny smith apple, 2 celery stalks and 2 carrots.
Whisk together 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp honey and 2 tsp MSG.
Combine vegetables, 1/2 cup parsley and sauce.
Let rest for 2 hours.
