Mix 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 3/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup sourdough starter.
Rest for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
Whisk 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter, 1 1/2 tbsp honey and 1 tsp vanilla.
Add 1/2 tsp baking soda to sourdough mixture.
Fold both sets of ingredients together.
Use 1/4 measuring cup for mini-waffle maker
