Mayak Eggs
Ingredients

Instructions
Add pinch of salt and splash vinegar to water in pot.
Bring pot to boil.
Add eggs one at a time.
Boil eggs uncovered for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
Stir eggs gently around 3 minutes and 5 minutes.
Place eggs in ice bath.
Place eggs in storage container.
Combine 1/2 diced onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 diced green onion stalks, 1/4 cup water, 8 tbsp soy sauce, 5 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 tsp msg.
Pour sauce over eggs.
Place paper towel over eggs before shutting lid.
Let soak for multiple days, ideally a week.
Notes
Mayak sauce can be used for two batches of eggs.
