Preheat oven to 400.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Pat dry the salmon.
Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Baste salmon with sauce; reserve some for final step.
Chop 1/2 cup walnuts in food processor.
Mix 4 strips of bacon crumbles, 1/2 cup walnuts and 2 sprigs diced green onions.
Press mixture on top of salmon.
Baste salmon with remaining sauce.
Bake for 16 minutes.
