Sauté diced red onion for 10 minutes.
Add dice bell pepper, 4 oz diced mushrooms 4 cloves minced garlic for 7 minutes.
Air fry 4 strips of bacon: 350 for 5 minutes. Rotate twice.
Crumble bacon.
Air fry 8 strips of bacon: 350 for 6 minutes.
Let vegetables and bacon completely cool before assembly.
Mix 1 1/2 lb ground chuck, sautéd vegetables, crumbled crispy bacon, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp basil and 2 tsp ginger.Don't over mix. Place wire rack in casserole dish.
Layer 8 strips slightly cooked bacon.
Shape loaf and wrap with bacon.
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
Glaze with teriyaki sauce.
Bake additional 15 minutes.
Broil for 5 minutes.
Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Top sliced servings with fried egg and teriyaki sauce.
Optional toppings: sesame seeds and green onions.
